Time Regulation: The Pace of Life

Occasionally because of some physiological changes and sometimes simply because of aging, general pace of movement decreases during the course of time. In other words, the general speed of our movements becomes slower than before. In some occasions, factors like our environment, job nature, health condition and so on, have a significant influence on our biological rhythms and our activities. It is not just losing the speed though, because some times specially as a result of hormonal changes, we become over active and faster than usual.Because usually we are not consciously aware about the course of these changes in our daily life, we may need a specific criterion to correct and control our speed by comparison and contrast. In this matter, simply a watch, helps us to compare the pace of our activities, and keep them at the desired standard.
